We’re looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Shop Manager / Service Writer to join our high-performance team in Clearwater, FL. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and can keep a shop running like a well-oiled machine, we want to hear from you!
Your Role
As the Shop Manager / Service Writer, you’ll be the engine that keeps our workflow running smoothly every day. You’ll:
- Open and manage daily shop operations
- Keep jobs moving quickly and efficiently through the bays
- Communicate clearly with technicians and advisors
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care
- Create, review, and close work orders accurately
- Ensure parts and labor are coordinated without delay
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in auto repair shop management or service writing
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with shop management systems (like Tekmetric) is a plus
- Must be punctual and dependable—you're setting the pace for the team!
Schedule

Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekends off—we believe in work-life balance!
